Fall Harvest Mindful Mixer

Ingredients

For the ice cubes:

  • Cranberries
  • Orange slices
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Diluted cranberry juice or plain water

For the drink:

  • 1 scoop Roots Focus Fruit Punch
  • 8 oz cold water (for mixing with Roots Focus)
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 can sparkling water
  • 1 Tbsp honey (to rim each glass)
  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar (to rim each glass)
  • Optional: extra cranberries, orange pieces, or a small rosemary sprig for garnish.

Directions 

  1. Prepare the ice cubes
    • Place cranberries, small slices of orange and rosemary sprigs into ice cube tray.
    • Fill the trays with diluted cranberry juice or plain water.
    • Freeze until solid.
  2. Rim the glasses
    • Spread a thin layer of honey around the rims of two glasses.
    • Dip the rims into coconut sugar, coating evenly.
  3. Mix the drink
    • In a shaker cup, combine cranberry juice, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, Roots Focus Fruit Punch, and 8 oz cold water. Shake until fully mixed.
  4. Assemble the drink
    • Add the prepared ice cubes to the rimmed glasses.
    • Pour the shaken mixture evenly between the two glasses.
    • Top each glass with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish and serve
    • Add extra cranberries, orange pieces, or a small rosemary sprig if desired.
    • Enjoy!
